Should Spain’s rich get free healthcare?

ECONOMY Minister Luis de Guindos has called for a debate between regional and central government on whether rich people in Spain should get free healthcare services.

During a radio interview de De Guindos said both sides need “to “consider whether for example in the current situation we have to provide all health services for free to someone who earns more than €100,000 a year, for example.”

Popular Party officials distanced themselves from his statement stressing it was only the personal opinion of De Guindos.
